Quality of Service - Chambers
aim to provide a fast service. If work is required urgently, or
by a particular date, please discuss your requirements with the
barrister before sending papers down to ensure any deadlines can
be met.
Network Communications - Chambers
is fully computerised and our electronic diary is
accessible by all members of chambers from their desks.
All fax transmissions are via the network facilities
and allow members to transmit and receive faxes without
leaving their desks. We have access to Lexis and the
Internet and all members have the capability to access
these services. Data can be transferred quickly through
our ADSL facility.
E-mail - We encourage
the use of e-mail. All members of chambers can be reached by using
the address webenquiry@littmanchambers.com.
For individual addresses, see entries of individual members.
Voicemail - Chambers
is fully operational with voicemail which gives out of hours access
to members of Chambers.
Fees - Fees depend
on a number of factors, such as the time taken. Members will
be pleased to give guidance on fees by reference to hourly rates.
Direct Access - Chambers
accepts papers under the overseas rules and from other professionals
with direct access to the Bar.
Foreign Languages - By
arrangement instructions can be accepted with untranslated
papers in Arabic, Dutch, French, German, Italian,
Polish, Russian and Spanish.
Arbitration - Chambers
will provide arbitrators to sit ad hoc or under any Institute rules
at home or abroad, including ICC. John Tackaberry QC, Nicholas Padfield QC, Robert Kirk,
Brian McClure and Andrzej
Kolodziej are Fellows of the
Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Brian McClure is available for
arbitrations in French and German, and is able to read papers in
his other languages. Andrzej Kolodziej is able to read papers in
French and is fluent in Polish. Karim Lahham advises on Islamic
Arbitration law and is able to read papers in Arabic and French.
Lecturing - Chambers

in any language in which they are fluent.
